Enhance Your Party:
- Add 2 more horses for $175 to increase ride time for your guests
- Enjoy a creative horse painting activity for an additional $75. Yes, that's painting and decorating a live horse!
- Add more guests for just $35 each, beyond the initial 10 riders for up to 20 riders. We do not charge extra for attendees not riding at this time.
Looking for a unique way to celebrate a special occasion or team building event? At Windmill Stables, we offer a 2-hour party package starting at just $375 that’s perfect for any event amd all ages! Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, a gathering or friends, or a special milestone, our party experience promises to be memorable.
What to Bring:
- Closed-toe Shoes: Riders must wear closed-toe shoes for safety.
- Food & Drinks: All food, drinks, and additional decorations are to be arranged by the party host.
- Decorations: Feel free to bring any decorations to personalize your celebration. We have 2 picnic tables next to our arena where you can set up.
- **Please no latex balloons or anything that goes pop or boom!**
Riders must be under 240 lbs for the health and safety of our horses.
We closely monitor weather conditions to ensure the safety and comfort of our horses and guests. In the event of inclement or extreme weather, we may need to reschedule your party. If this situation arises, our team will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss alternative dates and arrangements. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
In the event that you need to cancel, we kindly ask for prompt notification to allow us to offer your spot to another client on our waitlist. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start date will result in a full credit that can be applied to a future camp, lessons, or other services within 90 days. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date may result in the forfeiture of your fee, and no refund or credit will be issued.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without prior notice (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of your fee, and no refund or credit will be issued.
By registering, you acknowledge and agree to our Reschedule, Cancellation, and No-Show policies as outlined above. We reserve the right to make exceptions to these policies in extenuating circumstances
